GARWOOD — The Garwood Public Library has announced that its Summer Reading Bookmark Contest will kick off on Thursday, May 1, ahead of the library’s Annual Summer Reading Program. All artwork must be original and created by a child. Youngsters are asked to think about what the theme means to them and to let their imagination run wild as they draw and color their design. Ten bookmark submissions will be printed and distributed by the library for everyone to enjoy. Rules: Submissions should be returned to the library by Thursday, May 15.
All designs must be a child’s original artwork.
Applicants must be Garwood residents.
