WESTFIELD – At its April 8 Town Council meeting, the Town of Westfield officially adopted the 2025 capital budget, advancing the final phase of a comprehensive, multi-year road paving initiative. This ambitious program—set to be completed by the end of 2026— will result in the repaving of all 100 miles of town-owned roads and is projected to save taxpayers $21 million through a unique partnership with utility companies.
