The Cranford High School softball team took advantage of the long ball to outlast the Brearley Bears, 14-11, on April 10. Lillianna Pardo went 3for-5 with a home run, four RBI and three runs scored for the 1-4 Cougars. Emma Andre also homered, scored twice and had two RBI. Sophia Messinger went 3-for-4 with a home run, two doubles, a walk, three RBI and two runs scored.
