WESTFIELD — For the next program in the Westfield Historical Society’s First Wednesday Luncheon series, taking place April 2, Professor Rick Feingold will talk about “Andrew Carnegie — From Steel to the Building of Libraries.” The luncheon will be held at Echo Lake Country Club, located at 515 Springfield Avenue, Westfield.
