The 11th-seeded AL Johnson Crusaders sent the sixth-seeded, 16-5 Union Catholic Viking girls basketball team reeling with a 54-41 setback in the first round of the Union County Tournament on February 12. Three days later, however, the Crusaders dropped a 67-65 heartbreaker to the third-seeded Plainfield Cardinals in the quarterfinals.
