CLARK — A federal court judge moved last week to dismiss an amended complaint levied against the Union County Prosecutor’s Office (UCPO) and the state Attorney General by a former member of the Clark Police Department who claims that he was retaliated against for blowing the whistle and exposing unethical behavior across multiple agencies.
