No. 19 Cougar Matmen Break No. 20 Delaware Valley, 34-29

Showdown time arrived when the 20th-ranked, 11-2 Delaware Valley Terriers pranced into Cranford to square off at center mat against the 19th-ranked Cranford Cougars on January 24 and both teams were aware that key bouts needed to be won and bonus points could make the difference in the outcome. There were a few shockers but in the end, the Cougars came up big on more of them to earn a 34-29 triumph.
