GARWOOD — Garwood’s mayor and council held their reorganization meeting January 2, during which recently- elected Councilmen Sean Keagan Foley and Chase Padusniak were sworn in. On November 5, Mr. Foley was elected to a full, three-year term on the council following his election in 2023 to fill the remaining year of an unexpired term, while Mr. Padusniak was elected to his inaugural term on the governing body.
