The Cranford High School girls basketball team dropped its first two games then recovered to win the third at the Chatham Cougar Holiday Tournament in late December. First, the Cougars could not out-dodge the Madison Dodger in a 58-46, loss then they fell victim to the Chatham Cougars, 66-31, in the second game. Finally, the Cranford girls recovered and defeated the Oak Knoll Royals, 52-44.
