SCOTCH PLAINS — Congregation Beth Israel will hold a Scholarin- Residence Shabbat program from Friday, January 10, through Sunday, January 12, featuring Rabbi Bradley Shavit Artson of the American Jewish University in Los Angeles. This weekend of learning is open to the community, with most of the events offered for free.
