New Affordable Housing Obligations Released
AREA — New Jersey municipalities will have 10 years to find room for over 146,000 new affordablehousing units in accordance with the state’s recently-amended approach to regional development.And while each municipality’s numbers could change through negotiations with the state over the coming months, initial projections released last week indicate that the local region should be prepared for inevitable increases.
