Once again, area residents of all ages are invited to journey back in time to the eras of their forbears during Union County’s Four Centuries in a Weekend event, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. Sponsored by the Union County Board of County Commissioners, this tour will take place on Saturday and Sunday, October 19 and 20, between noon and 5 p.m. both days. Offered free of charge, it will feature 38 sites — the most to date. Passports will be available for participants at all venues, which can be stamped to commemorate their visit.
