COUNTY — The Union County Board of County Commissioners and City of Rahway invite residents with disabilities and special needs, ages 13 and older, to attend the Annual Halloween Bash on Friday, October 18, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The free event will be held at the Rahway Recreation Center, located at 275 East Milton Avenue in Rahway.
