The Summit Hilltoppers football team remained undefeated with a pair long bombs and a one-yard plunge to jolt the Cranford Cougars, 21-7, at Tatlock Field in Summit on September 28. Summit quarterback Cole Sabol completed only three of 11 passes for 105 yards but two of those were good for respective touchdowns of 40 yards and 45 yards.
