SUMMIT AREA — The Summit Area Old Guard will present Charles B. McKenna, of Riker Danzig, as the speaker for its Tuesday, October 8 meeting. Mr. McKenna will discuss prisons and bail reform, touching on what works and what does not, and how reforms can make New Jerseyans safer while at the same time treating those in the system humanely.
