NJFO’s ‘Faith Meets Fantasy’ Season Opener Fascinates
WESTFIELD — As the audience awaited the downbeat of Maestro David Wroe’s baton on September 27, many wondered what the acoustics would be like in St. Helen’s Catholic Church in Westfield. They certainly weren’t disappointed. A new season, a new location for the orchestra’s 42nd season and their 255th concert but the same robust crowd of enthusiastic and loyal supporters were treated to a diverse and unique presentation.
