WESTFIELD — The Downtown Westfield Corporation (DWC) is working to revamp some of its organizational metrics to allow it to form stronger connections with local businesses and the Westfield community as a whole. “We are still working on our new strategic plan and have received a draft from Street Sense that has been circulated through our smaller steering committee,” DWC Board Chair Jeff Kirshenbaum said, speaking during a regular meeting of the organization’s board of directors last week. “We should have some more information on that next month,” he stated.
