The No. 9 Westfield High School girls volleyball team ran into a roadblock and suffered a 25-12, 25-16, setback to the No. 8 Union Catholic Vikings on September 19. It did not get any better on September 20 when the Blue Devils were defeated 25-11, 25-15, to the 8-0 Princeton Tigers.
