I want to start out by thanking the Garwood Partnership for Arts and Culture for bringing last week’s 9/ 11 remembrance event to Garwood. It was a moving ceremony full of poems and personal stories, and I’m so proud of our volunteers for creating this special way to celebrate our first responders and remember all those we have lost.
