WELL-DESERVED DISTINCTION...Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. congratulates Dr. D. Michael Hart of Westfield for being selected as a 2024 Senior of Distinction. Twenty-nine seniors in total from New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District, among them several local residents, were honored with this year’s award.
