CLARK—During Tuesday night’s Clark Township Council Workshop meeting, residents voiced their concerns about a proposed boat launch near Wendell Place, which is part of Union County’s plans for the reservoir. Despite most of the project being cut, including the electric train ride and carousel, residents’ latest concerns are the additional boat launch and the proposed parking lot attached to it.
