WESTFIELD — Tuesday night’s regular meeting of the Westfield mayor and council saw the introduction of four special capital bond ordinances which, if approved, would allow the town to purchase a new fire truck, replace the filtration system at the Memorial Pool, acquire property on South Avenue and replace the aging HVAC system at the town hall.
