A two-car motor vehicle was reported at approximately 12:45 p.m. on Monday, August 12. Multiple first responders – including the Westfield Police Department and Westfield Fire Department – responded to the scene.  North Avenue was closed in both directions as fire officials and police attempted to assess the situation. The Westfield Leader will provide more information on this story as it develops.
