SUMMIT AREA — The Summit Area Old Guard will present Gene Pascucci, owner of Empire Antiques, at its Tuesday, August 13 meeting. Mr. Pascucci’s 117,500-square-foot building in Hightstown holds a vast collection of mostly used objects, furniture, jewelry, silverware, etc. Much of his inventory is derived from high-end estate sales. With 40 years of experience in buying and selling antiques, jewelry and other goods, Mr. Pascucci has a wealth of information and advice to share. Near and dear to the Old Guard, he may even tell a joke or two.
