The Cranford High School boys lacrosse team shelled the Oratory Prep Rams’ goal area all afternoon and emerged with a 17-3 triumph on May 11.

Joe Brodbeck put in four goals and added two assists and a ground ball. Ryan Gregersen finished with four goals, an assist and a ground ball. Luke Owens netted two goals, two assists and four ground balls. Will Morgan scored twice. Lucas Caldwell had a goal and an assist to go with a ground ball. Beckett Nachtman, Braedan Waters andAiden Frese each scored once.

RJ Schiffi won all seven of his faceoffs and added an assist and two ground balls. Kevin Goldfeder won five of nine face-offs and scooped three ground balls. JaredAcinapura scooped five ground balls. Lucas Hoeffler, Jackson Jones and Noah Marmarou each scooped two ground balls. Goalkeeper Ethan McNab made nine saves and scooped three ground balls.

Grayson Thompson had a goal and an assist for Oratory Prep. Hunter Lloyd scored once, scooped seven ground balls and won 11 of 24 faceoffs. Pat Barrett scored once and Taylor Brezee had an assist.
