Andrew Kowantz went 3-for-4, with four stolen bases, two RBI, two runs scored and a walk as the New Providence baseball team defeated the 12-2 Westfield Blue Devils on May 2. Vinny Bisaccia went 2-for-2, walked and scored twice. Winning pitcher Sean Reilly singled and had two RBI. Jake Monaco singled, stole three bases and scored once.

Blue Devil Kellen Edwards went 2-for-3 with an RBI and run scored. Jake Alfano (2 walks), Braedan Trajkovski and Randy Davis each singled and scored once. Nic Labin had an RBI single. Losing Pitcher Grant Como struck out six, walked three and hit two batters.
