SCOTCH PLAINS — In partnership with the Scotch Plains Garden Club, the Scotch Plains Public Library will present a talk with Master Gardener Caren White on Thursday, March 14, at 7 p.m.
Known as “The Herb Lady,” Ms. White will give a presentation about designing and planting an herb garden that will produce fresh herbs for cooking, teas, fragrance, dying or crafting.
