Dr. Gary M. Kramer, Orthodontist; Former Resident of Westfield
After 94 wonderful years, Dr. Gary M. Kramer of Santa Fe, N.M., passed peacefully surrounded by family at home on Thursday, February 8, 2024. Gary will be dearly missed by his wife of 60 years, Rona; son, Mark, and daughter-in-law, Diane; daughter, Jill Kramer, and brother, Don Kramer.
Born on December 31, 1929, Gary grew up in Elizabeth, N.J. He graduated from Loyola School of Dentistry and Columbia School of Orthodontics. After serving as a Captain in the United States Air Force, he returned to raise his family in Westfield, N.J., and practice orthodontics in Elizabeth, N.J., for over 40 years. Upon retirement, he and Rona relocated to Santa Fe, N.M., where they enjoyed hiking, tennis and playing golf together. A stellar achievement was his Hole-in-One at the age of 90!
Gary will be remembered for his constant smile, great sense of humor, perpetual kindness, and all-round “good guy” nature. He will be dearly missed by friends and loved ones.
