WESTFIELD — The Westfield mayor and council introduced two new ordinances during their regular meeting on Tuesday evening: one that clarifies salary ranges for certain members of the town’s police department and a second that will establish a new, increased fee structure with the Rahway Valley Sewerage Authority (RVSA).
