SCOTCH PLAINS — The planning board on Monday night retained its leadership and most of its professional team for 2024, with Chairman Jeffrey Strauss saying the board will need to start thinking about updating the township’s master plan as lawmakers in Trenton look set to enact legislation on affordable housing.
