Raider Cagers Bang the 3’s, Startle Blue Devil Boys, 44-33
A three-point barrage that began in the third quarter and seeped into the fourth quarter totally turned the intense rivalry game between the Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School boys basketball team and the Westfield Blue Devils in favor of the visitors in Westfield on January 4. Trailing 2017 at the half, the 5-4 Raiders sank four straight 3-pointers to close out the third quarter then added a fifth at the beginning of the fourth quarter en route to a 44-33 victory.
