SCOTCH PLAINS – The planning board on Monday unanimously agreed that the redevelopment plan for the Fatima House, the former residence for nuns at St. Bartholomew theApostle Church that will be redeveloped into an age-restricted apartment building, is consistent with the township’s master plan, with the next step being its adoption by the township council.
