SCOTCH PLAINS — Local artist Sandra Cerchio will present a drawing class for adults at the Scotch Plains Public Library on Monday, October 16, at 10 a.m. Participants will learn how to develop drawings from start to finish, including techniques for shading, contrast, texture and detail.
