Crusader Boys Muzzle Bears, 3-0;
The AL Johnson Crusaders boys soccer team muzzled the Brearley Bears, 3-0, on September 26.Parker Reyes notched a pair of goals, while Adam Vargas netted a goal and an assist. Johan Castro and Rich Howard each had an assist. Goalkeeper Carson Pires recorded seven saves and Brearley goalkeeper Joel Lopez recorded eight saves. Two days later the Crusaders elevated their record to 8-0 with a 4-0 mashing of Metuchen. Reyes, Matt Rocha, Martin Venezio and Dylan Cesare all struck gold. Damian Mnich added an assist and Pires recorded five saves.
