SP Police Halt Bd. Meeting as Hundreds Overcrowd Room

FARM OUT…Crowds of residents gather on Monday at the Scotch Plains Municipal Building to protest the proposed educational farm/petting zoo to be developed by the county on ‘Open Space’ land at Cooper Road. With attendance estimated around 400, the hearing was shut down by authorities and has been rescheduled for February 27 at 7:30 p.m. at Park Middle School.
