Quality Assurance and Procedures:
A written insertion order is required so that the advertising
requirements are fully understood.
Should an Advertisement not run on the time as contracted by the
insertion order, due solely to the fault of the newspaper, the
newspaper agrees to run the identical Ad in the next
edition at 80% of the contracted price. The advertiser may
otherwise cancel the order at no cost. The newspaper shall
have no further obligation.
Should an insertion order be cancelled by the advertiser, the
advertiser shall be responsible for all production costs.
The advertiser shall also be responsible for 70% of space costs

The advertiser is responsible for the content of their
advertisements. The newspaper's obligation is limited to
placement in the publication with print quality according to
industry standard. Placement shall be at the discretion of

rata" adjustment in the contract price may be considered at

issues of print production.
Where the newspaper is contracted to provide Ad creation
services, the advertiser must approve the content within
the agreed upon deadline. Should a materially significant
error occur in the printed advertisement solely as a fault of
the newspaper, a "pro rata" adjustment in the contract
price may be considered at a level limited to the significance
of the issue.
In no case shall the newspaper's liability exceed the price of
