PARK OR OFFICE BUILDING?...This site, formerly occupied by the Excellent Diner on North Avenue, will be the subject of a Planning Board hearing Monday night. The owners of the parcel have proposed to build a three-story office building while the town has proposed to acquire the land and convert it into a park.
