WESTFIELD — Jean Massard, Vice President and Manager of Burgdorff ERA’s Westfield office, was honored by receiving the President’s Citation Award, given to the branch manager showing the greatest leadership during the past year.

Presented by Burgdorff ERA President, Judy Reeves, at the company’s recent Awards Luncheon, Ms. Reeves said, “Jean led the company in number of recruits while successfully managing the acquisition and merger of another company into her office. She remained focused on her office’s overall goals and experienced a dramatic production increase in a competitive market. I congratulate Jean and her associates for this outstand

ing performance.” “I feel truly blessed to be associated with the Burgdorff team for the past 11 years,” said Ms. Massard. “This company’s overall support, from the agents in my office who are so wonderfully open to change and to increasing their business with exciting new programs and ideas, all the way to senior management is exceptional. I could never do what I do without this terrific team effort.”

The President’s Citation Award is based on the highest increase in recruiting, market share, growth, and overall standing in the company along with increased activity with Cendant Mortgage.
