actual flight patterns of aircraft for the month
traversing through the heart of Union County. This alleged unsanctioned air traffic pattern and the noise complaints from the residents of Scotch Plains and Fanwood form the basis of the demand for explanation from the FAA by the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders. |
