Over one million people in New Jersey suffer from arthritis.

The odds are, if you aren’t personally affected by arthritis, you probably know someone who is. Encompassing more than 100 different diseases, including lupus, Lyme disease, and fibromyalgia, arthritis affects one out of seven people in this state. In milder forms, it causes stiffness and swelling in the joints. Severe forms of this disease can be crippling and extremely painful. Sadly, arthritis is a chronic disease for most people, lasting for life.
