GETTING 2ND IN THE 200IM...Blue Devil Ryan Bebel works the butterfly phase of the 200-Individual Medley in the showdown with Scotch Plains-Fanwood at the Westfield “Y” on December 22. Bebel placed second in the event at 2:00.17.
