FIELD OF DREAMS...Construction of the park complex on the site of the former Ponderosa Farm on Cooper Road in Scotch Plains has begun. The 23-acre property, owned by the county, will include two natural grass soccer fields, a paved driveway and parking lot, restroom  building, toddler area and water spray park.
