Pythagoras Masonic Lodge in Westfield. The program provides parents with up-to-date records of fingerprints, tooth print, saliva and scent sample
and a DVD to document the child’s image and speech pattern, to be used by the police in case of an emergency.

that turnout will likely be sparse, as only registered Republicans and some unaffiliated voters will be casting ballots due to the state’s restrictive
