Information
Professional Background: Senator Lance began his
political career on the General Assembly in 1991. In 2001 he was elected to the State Senate where still
serves.
Education: Senator Lance graduated from Lehigh
University and then went on to get his Doctorate of
Jurisprudence at Vanderbilt University Law School, and
lastly, his Master in Public Affairs at the Woodrow
Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at
Princeton University.
Experience: During his time with the General
Assembly, Senator Lance was the Budget Chair from
2000-2001. Since being elected to the Senate, he was
named Minority Leader and Republican Budget Officer.
Senator Lance is currently serving Joint Budget
Oversight committee and the Budget and Appropriations
committee.
