Background: Joe Franchino has been a resident of Berkeley Heights for 28
years and is a graduate of Governor Livingston High School. Joe
started his own business, JL Franchino Inc., a landscaping and masonry company.
He has been a small businessman in Union County for more than 20 years. Joe is a member of UNICO
National where he serves as the Treasurer of his local chapter.
He is a member of the Mount Carmel Society in Berkeley Heights..
