Reform Thoughts |
 |
We believe that
information pertinent to a municipal budget should be made
readily available. For example, in Scotch Plains a councilman
has requested figures for the revenues of the new mini-golf
course. We cannot understand why financial reports on this new
venture have not been compiled or why the request for these
figures would be met with opposition.
