Road paving/construction is a basic service of town government and has been largely overlooked with respect to the small streets in the third ward.
Mr. Sontz believes all streets in the third ward are entitled to maintenance and repair.
Mr. Sontz believes soaring property taxes is a concern to all residents in the third ward. Town government must do more to curb wasteful spending and reign in taxes.
Builders are building homes that do not complement the character of the neighborhoods in the third ward and strain the other residents. Town government has to reign in irresponsible development immediately.
