FULLY ENGULFED (January 25)...A fire broke out in Charlie Brown's restaurant located on North Avenue around 4 a.m. on January 24. The Scotch Plains Fire Department responded along with mutual-aid units from surrounding towns. The restaurant burned to the ground.
