WHAT'S UP DOC…Moviegoers enjoy a classic Bugs Bunny cartoon before the main attraction at the Downtown Westfield Corporation’s free outdoor movie night last Friday in the south-side train station parking lot. In honor of the date (Friday the 13th), the DWC screened The Addams Family. This Saturday, the DWC will show The Wizard of Oz at the Elm Street field at 7:30 p.m.

FACE LIFT...DWC Executive Director Sherry Cronin displays an illustration of the proposed façade improvements to 101 East Broad Street, the home of Bovella’s Pastry Shoppe. The DWC awarded an exterior-restoration grant to Bovella’s for the project, which Mrs. Cronin said would create a “café feel” for the building.
