We agree with Assemblyman John Burzichelli and State Senator Stephen Sweeney that deceptive advertising and cumbersome mail-in rebates programs should be banned in New Jersey, such as in legislation in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Alabama, Maryland, California, Missouri and New York. We urge the state legislature to act on this and similar deception matters.
